01 · cancellation requests
If you’re unable to attend an Unsync experience, cancellation requests must be communicated directly to the team as early as possible.
Because retreats involve limited spots, accommodation coordination and operational planning, late cancellations may affect refund eligibility.
02 · refund eligibility
Refund availability may vary depending on the timing of the cancellation and commitments already made for the retreat experience.
Partial refunds may be provided in certain situations where operational costs have already been incurred.
Any approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method whenever possible.

Approved refunds may take several business days to process depending on banks, payment providers or financial institutions.
