By registering for an Unsync retreat, gathering or experience, you agree to participate respectfully and responsibly.

Unsync is designed around slower living, shared experiences, community interaction and intentional offline time.

Participants are expected to contribute positively to the atmosphere and respect fellow attendees, hosts and local spaces.

A booking is confirmed only after reviewing the Google forms and successful payment and confirmation from the Unsync team.

Prices, inclusions and schedules may vary depending on the offline experience or location.

Final details and important information will always be shared before the experience begins.

Cancellation requests must be communicated directly to the Unsync team.

Refund eligibility may depend on retreat timelines, accommodation commitments and operational costs already incurred.

Unsync reserves the right to reschedule or modify experiences if necessary due to weather, safety concerns or unforeseen situations.

Theunsync is designed as a fully offline experience to help participants step away from constant digital stimulation and reconnect with presence, nature, and real human interaction.

Participants will voluntarily submit their phones during the experience as part of the digital detox process.

Emergency communication access will always remain available whenever required.

We encourage all participants to fully engage with the experience, conversations, activities, and surrounding environment with minimal digital distractions.

Participants are expected to take reasonable care of their personal belongings, physical wellbeing, and individual limits during the experience.

Theunsync is designed as a slow living, community, and digital detox experience. It is not a medical, therapeutic, or clinical service.

We aim to create calm, respectful and welcoming spaces for everyone.

Harassment, disruptive behaviour or disrespect toward participants, staff or local communities may result in removal from the experience without refund.

Occasionally, photographs or videos may be captured during experiences for storytelling or promotional purposes.

If you prefer not to appear in any media, please inform the team beforehand and we will respect your preference.
